On the occasion of her retrospective in Ulm, Irene Andessner took as her subject a tableau vivant with the figure of St. Mary Magdalene, following Michel Erhart, whose wooden bust created for the high altar of Ulm Minster in 1480 is registered in the city records as "Schöne Ulmerin". Andessner's photographic role portrait also became the motif for a ring and a city chocolate.
